At D&P healthcare solutions, we utilise a tried and trusted process to fit your home hoist around your passenger's lifestyle.
Everyone’s situation is different.
The shape of your home. How you live your life. Your favourite family activities. All of these factors dictate the way you use your hoist. This means that a one size fits all approach simply does not work for our clients.

Instead of a "one size fits all" approach, your hoist system is designed specifically for you. Each individual part is selected and put together to provide you with the support you need throughout your building.
To achieve this we have put together the following step by step procedure:
Initial Review
We review your home during an initial meeting in order to understand what you want from the Liko Hoist system, allowing us to specify the correct features and technology to assist you in your day to day life.
Home Survey
After you have informed us of how you want the hoist system to operate, a complete survey of your home is conducted. Full measurements are taken to aid in producing a fully comprehensive detailed plan for your installation.
Design
The proposed plans are then sent to Liko’s design team, who turn these into engineering drawings, taking into account the weight bearing capacity of the system and any additional features. After that, it gets official approval to be installed.
Quote
Once the design has been approved, Liko pass it back to D&P, providing us with the information needed to produce a fixed price quotation for installation. This is then sent to you within 10 working days of our first meeting.
What next?
Installation
If you choose to go ahead with the work, we will attend your site within 4 to 6 weeks of acceptance. As we only handle one installation at a time, this will be completed in 1-3 continuous working days, depending on the size of the system.
Final Inspection
When the installation is finished, our installers will come to ensure that the system has been appropriately configured and all the work is up to standard. The load bearing parts are LOLER tested and then you're free to use the hoist to transport your passenger.
